The calculator on this site runs entirely in your web browser. The state, registered-agent choice, and publication options you select are never sent to our servers — we don't have servers that receive them, and we don't store them. The "copy shareable link" feature encodes your selections into the link itself; that link exists only where you paste it.
This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where the law permits. You can control personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required (EEA/UK), a consent banner will be shown before any advertising cookies are set. Until ads are activated, this site sets no cookies at all.
Some links may in the future be referral links to LLC formation services that pay this site a commission at no cost to you. They are disclosed on the page where they appear and never change the fee data or calculator results.
This site is a general-audience business/financial tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we don't collect or store personal data from the calculator, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For questions about ad-related data, use the Google links above. The tools on this site collect nothing — all computation is client-side, so there is no personal information for us to sell or share. If and when Google AdSense is enabled, serving personalized ads may involve Google and its partners using cookies or device identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, which the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) can treat as a "sale" or "share" of personal information.
